c. Completed Stage:
Once a project or service has been fully completed and delivered to you, no refund will be issued for completed work.

• Domain registration or renewal fees

• Hosting charges

b. أثناء التنفيذ:
إذا كان المشروع قيد التنفيذ، فسيتم تحديد المبلغ المستحق بناءً على حجم العمل المنجز حتى تاريخ الإلغاء.
يتم خصم أي مصاريف غير قابلة للاسترجاع مثل تراخيص البرامج أو تكاليف الخدمات الخارجية.

c. بعد إتمام المشروع:
في حال اكتمال المشروع وتسليم النتائج النهائية، لا يتم استرجاع أي مبالغ مالية.

3. التكاليف غير القابلة للاسترجاع

تشمل التكاليف غير القابلة للاسترجاع (على سبيل المثال لا الحصر):

• رسوم تسجيل أو تجديد النطاق (الدومين)

• تكاليف الاستضافة

• تراخيص البرامج أو الأدوات المدفوعة

• أي خدمات خارجية تم دفعها مقدماً

سيتم خصم هذه التكاليف من أي مبلغ مستحق للاسترجاع.

4. إجراءات طلب الاسترجاع

يتم معالجة المبالغ المستردة المؤهلة عادة خلال من 7 إلى 10 أيام عمل بعد تأكيد الطلب.

5. تعديل السياسة
